The card offers a balanced choice of dishes worked
in French tradition. The Chef Xavier Caussade (ex Copenhagen restaurant)
assures quality and rigour in his job. Products are absolutely fresh.
The Sautéed Dublin bay prawn and its little side dish of crab,
the Jumbo shrimp coated with sweet red pepper and its saffron risotto,
the pan-fried rib of milk-fed calf and its potatoes cake and the pear
boiled in syrup and coated with chocolate are becoming the ambassadors
of this new team.
A nice tasty and nicely introduced performance.
